Those relationships are key to offer you quality work at very competitive prices for the maintenance and repairs that your property may need. There is no obligation to use our vendors, but clients often find that their prices and much cheaper than if they look on their own.

As an active realtor and property manager in Oahu for over 7 years, Spencer joined the real estate word by moving back to Hawaii to help his father Stanley, the founder of the company. Using his back ground in business, acupuncture and chiropractic, Spencer combined new technologies and procedures with Stanley’s experience and wisdom, and officially became president of Kamehameha Realty in 2018. As a previous teacher, Spencer’s favorite part of the business is to educate his clients and tenants on the ins and outs of real estate. He is a recent nominee of the prestigious Aloha Aina Award for real estate agents.
